Very nice big store. Fully stocked. Well presented. Kids enjoyed table tennis and archery there. Checkout is a bit confusing bur figure out how to do it in a while.

I will give you one star. Gave a bike for service 7 days ago. No slip given with any details at the time bike was given. They were supposed to call next day to discuss the parts that need to be changed. One week later no call has come. No phone number listed for the store to call. No email to reach. I tried the chat function on the website where the rep took the details and told that someone will reach out soon. 24 hours later, no one has reached out. Again tried the chat. This time the rep gave a phone number to call, but it doesn't work. So they are trying to pass on the message to get the store responsd. Not sure how. If this is how you are running the service side of the business it's really appalling. You lift your service then I will consider lifting the stars.

Experience is so ………bad! My online order was been placed last month! And I haven’t received any dispatch email!The worst thing is the only one way to contact is by email! And no one response!I called Shops in Auburn. And they said there is nothing they can do, they are different departments!In summary, I don’t have anything update at all! And it seems no one can help!

Great store with a good selection of sports gear and clothing. They also offer $10 vouchers when you become a member (minimum spend $100). Unfortunately, when I went to redeem the $10 voucher at check out, it had a 401 error. When I spoke with the manager on duty he said that he cannot honour the voucher and recommended me to contact the online team". Interestingly

Got snow pants from this store, superb quality and cheap as compare to other brand. Staff is very polite and helpful. Neat and clean store. I highly recommend this store.

Great place to buy outdoor equipments, tools and equipments. Free parking provided. Feel free to search the products you need, check the stock, free pick-up service for online orders OR come to buy in store. New customer has registration promo voucher. The best place I know so far to find plenty of outdoors at good prices with guaranteed warranties.

Used the click and collect service, which showed that items were available and in stock in Auburn. A day or so later I was notified that it would be delayed by up to 5 business days for them to get the items of the shelves. After I sent an email asking what was going on, they simply cancelled my order.F minus for customer service and honesty.

Bought a pair of soccer boots and shin pads online with expensive shipping fees. Their bad inventory management system meant they didn't actually held the boots. Instead of asking if I still wanted the $5 pads wit $20 shipping fee, so they simply cancelled the boots and shipped the pads. But I would've never paid 4x the cost of the pads in shipping fees. When I complained, they kindly offered to send me a return form at my expense.

Today the staff was helpful. It has a lot of things for a picnic and camping. Sports as well. I didn't find all I want and I need to go to another store in Sydney and if I order online the things will come after 2 weeks!
