Our Body Corporate has used Terry's Locksmiths for many years & today, one of the building's main doors wouldn't work. They were there within 20 minutes !! To Surfer's Paradise. And, of course, were efficient & friendly & had door working again, within a half hour, after supplying new part for very old, worn, & obsolete part. Nigel always happy & obliging & explains things well. Good Locksmiths in every way. They supplied complete new door lock. Good quality part.

Amazing locksmiths! I called the team up and they booked me in the next day, Mitch called in on the job at Southport, did a fantastic and efficient job! Very happy and informative and a great work ethic! Mitch changed locks on my door and screen door with ease! These guys are skilled and have very great customer service! Very happy! Thank you!

Henry was an absolute legend and arrived to my workplace in Southport at very late hours of the night. He was super prompt and speedy and had excellent customer service. (Hopefully won’t need a locksmith anytime soon but definitely will be calling you guys again if ever in trouble!)

We were unable to get a replacement made in NZ, so found Terry's online and factored in a visit there while visiting family. We were impressed with the service and attention to detail, the keys had to be made from scratch rather than using a template and they fitted perfectly once we got home to try them.
