This is the second house that Brad has sold for me and I must say that he has exceeded my expectation yet again. Over the last 3 years, he has constantly followed up with us throughout our renovation process, giving us great insight and ideas. his marketing strategy using social media platforms, photography, 3D viewing and drone shots created an amazing appeal and response among the buyers. Brad's strategies enabled us to get quite a few contracts offered within the first open house. I would highly recommend using Brad as your agent as he truly got the seller's best interest in mind.

Just had an associate of Brad Shipway knock on the front door to discuss the housing market, alerted the dogs and woke a 6 month old baby that had just gone to sleep.The (termite infested and fire damaged) house was sold by Brad Shipway about a year ago. Do some research and don’t cold call people who don’t want to be bothered.Edit: Brad, the seller definitely knew about the fire damage as their housemate died in the fire. This was never revealed to us before renting and caused great distress when we found out.If you did not know about it then you were either deliberately misled or didn’t do your own due research. The house was sold at auction, I can only assume this was to avoid pre inspections from prospective buyers.

Our experience with Brad was beyond expectation. We have found him to be the most genuine property consultant we have ever worked with. Best on the North side by far!!!
