I’ve just finished renovating my house - and while I have many horror stories - the hardest time I had was sourcing someone to do my carpets. I had 2 guys come out and quote my job and while they seemed ok…I simply didn’t trust them (especially the one who started badmouthing the opposition).Anyway I popped in to Webbers to get a 3rd opinion on my job and was lucky enough to run into Michael in their showroom. He wasn’t pushy…explained the different carpets and costs clearly and simply and advised me on a discount end of run/line/stock (whatever it’s called) carpet that looks great and saved me a lot of money.For me, the best part was the service after I’d paid…I firstly had upstairs in my house done and I needed the job finished asap to accommodate a party I was hosting - no problem.I then decided to do downstairs as upstairs looked so good…again a 3 day turnaround from order to install and Michael and the team delivered.From my experience the Webber’s team run a good show…sales, install, follow up - all top shelf.Thanks guys..I couldn’t be happier (and if my cat stops using my new carpets as a huge scratching post - I’ll stay that way!)Ross Geddes

A very satisfactory experience. Matthew in the showroom (he is one of the Webber family) knew his stuff and patiently took me through all the mysteries of the carpet world. You wouldn't believe how many different types there are etc.! Gave me 3 samples to take home to see how they looked in situ. I rang a few days later to tell him which one I wanted. They sent a man to measure who arrived as expected and did a very professional job. Webbers rang the next day with their quote and sent it to me by email. I accepted, we agreed on a date, I was told the installers would arrive mid-morning which they did. Two men ( subcontractors I assume) named Troy and Raj I think. They knew what to do and did it, very efficiently, and cleaned up after. The result is 100% satisfactory and I would recommend Webbers to anyone. Not the cheapest perhaps, but very professional and well worth any extra cost in my opinion.

I have over some time had three wall-to-wall carpets from Webber's and I have been delighted every time. The service has been excellent, the product great and the laying workmanship very professional. There was an issue with my last carpet and Webber's immediately organised a manufacturer's inspection with the result that the carpet was replaced. I can highly recommend this company.

You can stop looking! You've found the only carpet warehouse you need to visit. Family run, amazing service, top notch installers who had incredible attention to detail, personalised experience, quick replies, professional sound advice, dropped off samples, free measure AND the high end wool carpet price was cheaper than Harvey Norman, Carpet Court and others (and their service was terrible). Recommend 100%, I would absolutely use again in the future. Thank you Michael and team, so so impressed.

Merry was a gem to work with- I was short on time with two young kids and had to pick carpet quick. she helped me by selecting a range in the style we liked with all the prices specified. Carpet is gorgeous and service was A plus! Thank you!

Highly recommended at Webber's at Annandale; Michael was very professional from the first meeting and helped me in the right selection and then 2 months later final measurement and installation went ahead without any issue. Where do I  start....The Webber's team are amazing. This family owned business is definitely the place to be for all your flooring needs. I'm in renovations and was fortunate to run into Michael in their showroom after the store came recommended to me. The service was impeccable and sales team extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. He explained all the options and the pros and cons with each idea. The whole experience was professional and hassle free. Starting with the showroom floor where I was offered a huge range of choice and was even given samples to take home and show my clients. One phone call later with my decision and a staff member came, as scheduled, to measure and did so in the most professional manner. Michael rang the next day with their quote, sent to my email, which I accepted, we agreed on an install date and installers arrived as planned and were quick, tidy and efficient! Perfect finish! Needless to say I have become a repeated customer since!I've used many other companies in the past, like the popular Carpet Court, and I cannot compliment Webber's enough for their service, integrity and professionalism of staff, knowledge, quality and range of products. Plus their prices are reasonable and fair (not the cheapest perhaps although well worth any extra cost as you pay for what you get).An example of their amazing service... an error in measurement on one of my projects was made for laminate flooring and I needed stock asap to finish the job, as I was approching a deadline. Michael went out of his way to source the stock directly from the supplier. The very next day the material I needed was waiting for me to pick up. Left me speechless at the lengths the staff will go to for their customers. Not common nowadays to find this level of service.They're a great family business who care for their customers needs. Meeting Matt (one of the Webber owners) in the showroom one day, it was apparent where his staff had learnt their impeccable integrity and professionalism. Every time I return I am well looked after and leave a happy customer. I will gladly and confidently recommend Webber's Carpet to anyone in the market for flooring.

Webber's Carpet Warehouse was recommended to me by a designer friend and I've shared their details with many others following an awesome experience.The team helped me pick a beautiful carpet from their extensive selection that perfectly fit my design scheme, it was well-priced and also took into account my additional needs due to having pets.They were also very understanding when I had to change the installation date a few times due to renovation delays.The installers were professional and did a phenomenal job: on-time, flawless installation and clean-up. I appreciated them cutting runners for me that were turned into mats.Michael, Tahlee and the rest of the team were refreshing to deal with as their professionalism stood out amongst other renovation suppliers – Thank You Webber’s!!!!

An error was made when our carpet was laid. There was no shifting of blame or reliance on contract fine-print. The integrity and professionalism of staff, particularly Michael, was refreshing. Within days the error had been corrected. It’s easy to provide good service when things go smoothly but much harder when things go wrong. I would highly recommend Webbers Carpet Annandale

Webber's has such a great range of carpets but also can cover other flooring needs like hard flooring and has some great rugs to choose from and the team is so friendly. They also know how to make sure your floors need to be looked after to be at their best. Do yourself a favour and next time you need to be floored about flooring jusy go and visit Webber's. I might be biased but the in-house cleaner does fantastic carpet cleaning..
