I found the process of refinancing with Greenhouse as smooth as it could be. They were responsive to my enquiries and requests. I did like having a dedicated contact there who was my point of contact for all enquiries.Their rates were competitive for my situation.Just be aware they do use the same number across multiple accounts which has led to dishonour fees being charged when this caused obvious confusion.
