Whoever owns this cinema should be ashamed.This place used to be such a good cinema. We have come here many times over the years but went to watch Fast 10 over the weekend and was very dissapointed. Chairs had a heap of popcorn in them (uncleaned) lots of chairs broken. We use the grand recliners which are comfy. Screen had a dead pixel. Toilets were poor. 2 -3 of girls toilets didn't have doors, one had no toilet seat. It's becoming very run down and it's sad to see. It's a shame to say but will possibly be finding another place to go with recliners.

I always come here, great value for money. Today, I came to watch John wick. We again picked recliners, however we got the mankiest, stained, half working, grubby cinema this time. Absolutely feral. I was so uncomfortable and felt dirty sitting in the chair. Thanks for the “relaxing” experience.

I will never bring my family to this cinema ever again. The facilities have really gone downhill. I booked 4 seats online and 3 of the allocated seating was damaged, one seat was totally collapsed. Luckily there were other seats available, but when we moved there these seats were also broken. We had to totally split up. Many of the isle numbers/letters were broken or missing so you don’t even know where your supposed to be sitting. It was also pretty filthy with used drinks and popcorn on the seats and floor. The staff were very nice, although I think they were very under staffed. The male toilets were also very bad. And my wife advised the Female toilet stalls were broken and no toilet paper. This wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. Very disappointed.

Will never return to this cinema.The chairs, floor and toilets are filthy.Broken chairs and cup holders everywhere.Drapes are falling down in multiple places across the stairs making a trip hazard.No choc-tops and dry/cold stale popcorn.I was also told that I couldn’t bring a reusable bottle of water into the cinema for my infant child. I asked for the staff members name. She refused and said management won’t allow us to give our name.I feel sorry for the staff. Management probably treat them as poorly as their business.Please ready the other reviews.Multiple people stating the exact same experience. Don’t waste your time or money!Go to Epping instead.

United Cinemas has certainly gone downhill since opening. All of their upstairs toilets don't work, the ones downstairs have doors missing & some of the other doors don't even close. Majority of the seats are broken, screens at the entrance of the building don't work & there's spiderwebs on the back wall. Truly disappointing.

This place use to be really nice I guess when it first opened. But today the place was a let down. The seats were dirty (recliner) the female toilets either had no door or a door with no toilet seat. It’s calling for urgent fixer upper and deep clean in my opinion.

First and last time. Cinema seats are absolutely filthy, popcorn and crumbs everywhere, stains on the seats like drinks and chewing gum. Allocated seats yet some seats are completely missing, backrest and seat are gone but the arm rests are still there. Hideously dated. Can hear the sounds of other movies in cinemas next door through the walls. Ladies toilets were dark and very very dirty. Absolute disgrace

Absolutely disgusting..toilets not been cleaned for months,one can easily smell on entry of cinema one. I asked staff they said it get cleaned every evening and i showed them proof , I asked them it can make people sick. Theatre was also dirty popcorn under seats. Poor cleaning

absolute disgrace of a cinema, i would give a 0 star rating if i could, staff denied access to see scream IV after booking tickets online as one of us was 15, nothing online says anything about having to be family to take a minor into the movies, i was asked for my ID and proved to them that i was 18 but they still refused entry. staff were so rude and were not professional at all and would not refund our tickets or our food. once again this is a disgrace of a cinema please STAY AWAY!!
