I had the most beautiful experience in this salon yesterday. I rocked in straight from work feeling deflated, tired and drained.I had booked a package that included foils, treatment, cut, toner and waxing. All for an extremely affordable price! Lauren - Thank you for looking after me and letting me find my zen in your capable hands. My cut and colour was outstanding and I'm totally in love with it!! I walked out fresh, happy and revitalised!

Sharni is an expert in her field! I walked away from a cut feeling confident and booked in for a colour the following week. I just love what she’s done with my balayage! Couldn’t recommend her and Jasmine enough! Shout out to Jazzy for her awesome curling skills and free entertainment :P

My hair is ruined. After coming in to start the transition back to blonde I was told it could take between 4-5 sessions, I was happy with taking that time. I spent nearly $700 in just two treatments and my natural curls were thinned out using thinning shears (naturally curly hair should not be thinned out with shears). In the two sessions I went from brown to slightly less brown with very few foils placed. I discussed my treatments before beginning and had clear expectations of what I wanted to achieve and was told that it would be possible but I got further away from what I wanted with each of the two treatments.What I asked for and what I got.Obviously I don’t have the length as the one in the picture but I was after the same affect.

I cannot praise the women at this salon enough. They came to my daughter's school as volunteers for Shave for a Cure and cut students hair to help them raise money for cancer and then use the hair to make wigs for patients.The team from Cut Your Losses not only cut my daughter's hair on the day but then gave us a tidy up in the salon the next day at no cost. These are good people and great hairdresser's with huge hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

.This is a great salon. Looked after me so well to get ready for my sons wedding, and every time I go they are all so friendly. Carley does a great job with my hair every time, and love have shellac now. I am 75 and this is the best salon I have been to.

My normal hairdresser closed down so I was looking for someone new. Laura was amazing, beautiful colour and a really nice cut. Extremely happy. Found my new hairdresser.

Disappointing. Attended my appointment only to be told that no appointment had been recorded for me. When I gave proof that I did, in fact, have the right time, (I still had the appointment card) I basically received a shoulder shrug. Very poor customer service.

Very friendly girls know what they are doing. Very satisfied.
