Lots of products on display, about 20%, have promotional “sale” labels on them, despite being at regular price.I asked the saleswoman why they were labelled as being on sale when they were actually regular retail price. She said that’s just how they do business.I commented that it seems like a deceptive practise, to which she reiterated that’s how they do things.

Absolutely terrible Customer Service from Connie F who is a supposed representative of the Shaving Shop. This personnel also happens to know nothing about the products attempting to sell. Suggested feedback for this company is to ensure all staff have regular training and keep their so-called specialised knowledge of the products up to date. Highly recommend not to go here for any service as they are completely untrained and unprofessional.
