We have been charged for damaged equipment when the damage occurred by staff unloading from our vehicle. We asked to check the cameras but have not heard back.Staff tried to talk over us on the phone. Would not recommend

My good friend phoned me asking if anyone had a metal detector because her husband had lost his wedding ring at the beach. He was really upset because the ring had also been his grandfathers.I had never used one before but the staff member at Taren Point helped me to QR the operation manual on my phone. He then made sure to give me a user demo in the store. He had told me the new machine was user friendly and I was so pleased with how simple and effective it was because I found the ring in around 5 minutes after my friends had been searching for hours.I couldn't have had a better product, price, service or personal experience. Kennards Taren point definately saved the day!

Outstanding customer service. The team provide excellent advice and are more then happy to load and unload all your hired items from the car. I ended up requiring a smaller ladder then anticipated but the team did not hesitate giving me a partial payment refund. Very honest and genuine group.Would highly recommend!

Good range of equipment but the service from some staff is a bit iffy.

Very unfriendly staff and poor access make this one of the worst Kennards stores that I already have been. I know nobody has to have a smile on the face all the time but not even a good morning" said back to the customer? These guys have a lot to learn with the staff from the Silverwater store."
