Not too bad.Steak was meh but was at least still a medium rare. The pub was clean and was the good local around Molong. I would suggest the chicken parm if you want satisfactory food.Recommended if you are staying at Molong.

The lone employee behind the bar was getting slammed. A quiet Monday night looked more like a Saturday night after a footy grand final.This employee handled it like a seasoned professional - running the bar and taking meal orders, even chucking a log on the fire - and all with a good dose of humour.A younger bloke was running the meals and clearing tables. Don't know how many in the kitchen, but they were working non stop.Wondered if the meals would be a bit of a 'throw together' under the circumstances. No way. Very well presented, fresh and delicious. Restaurant quality at pub prices.Shame we were travelling. This place could become a real good habit.Top marks to all for an ace job on a frantic Monday night.

Took the opportunity to have their $15 lunch special. Rump steak and chips. Great value. Lovely neat pub with an open fire for those cold days. Unfortunately only passing through but was well worth the stop.

Had dinner here with a family of eight. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Good sized portions too so you wont go hungry. A gem of a find.
