I have been going here for several years now. Dr Eddie Sansil was highly recommended by a friend. I couldn't agree more, great dentist, very good at explaining everything and very gentle. I use to be terrified of the dentist but now I am so much better. The staff are also wonderful and they go above and beyond especially with all the extra COVID precautions, I really feel safe.

Dr Thatikonda is so kind and gentle. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. But her reassuring manner and constant communication make my dental visits much less stressful.

I used to hate going to the dentist... as a kid as it was a torturous experience. I have been here 3 times, and each time have been pleasantly surprised by how quick, painless and reasonably priced my visit has been. Today I had a filling without an injection, zero pain or discomfort and was out of the chair in under 30 mins. By far the best dentist I've ever visited. Thank you Dr Stephen Speechley!

First time visited a dentist, probably after 25 years, as its not fun going to them. I usually get scared with the word 'Dentist'. But Dr Payal Thatikonda, saw the nervousness in me and had me at ease in no time. She walks you through with the all the procedures before, during and after the treatment. She is very kind and thorough with her explanations. For me, she is a perfectionist in her field and always insures that the procedure is done correctly without pain. I would highly recommend her. In fact, the whole staff is very welcoming. Amazing service!

I had a typical 'fear' of dentists, did not go unless forced to by circumstances.Very woosy for an adult, that is for sure.However, for the last 15 years since first attending Knox Terrace Dental I go regularly with full confidence that work will be done only if & as required, pretty well painlessly and always to my satisfaction. Great atmosphere at the practice.

Ross is the best dentist I have ever had! So glad that I finally have a dentist that understands and does the best job. Highly recommend Ross and all the dentists here! The ladies on reception are lovely to deal with also. Thank you everyone.

I am extremely impressed with the high level of customer service provided, in particular Dr Payal Thatikonda. She is a highly skilled dentist who is very gentle and thorough. I’ve been going to her for a year now and will continue to do so; my mother also sees her now too. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Childhood dentist which Iv always loved going too with no issues. On my last visit their eftpos machine went down & it took them more then 6wks to notify me that my payment hadn't gone through. Although on my side, I could see the payment had worked, they refused to help me & instead thought it was better to send the debt collectors my way. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, I'd hate to think what new customers would experience. I will never go back!
