Okami Japanese Restaurant
Okami is a great all you can eat Japanese option. The food is great quality, and portions are fast and appropriately sized so that you can try a number of dishes. The venue is large and clean, and the service is super quick and kind. There is good parking close by. I would recommendmend booking ahead of time and advise of any access requirements.

We asked if we can change to sashimi only instead of only the whole platter as we don’t want to eat a lot of rice. The waiter said we can’t do that. The tofu and the miso steak were good so we tried to order it again. After half an hour, we got the yakiniku beef instead. It is really hard to call for staffs as most of the staffs are in the front. I think it is more efficient if one can take cafe of four tables instead of spreading in one place to look after all tables/or setting a device at the table so the customers can order and the order was sent straight to the kitchen, all the staffs need to do is clean the tables and bring the food out.Recommend: chicken kaarage, miso steak, beef carpaccio, mushroom salad, seaweed saladNot recommend: yakiniku beef (got twice wrong orders but the staffs are gone), shrimp tempura (frozen), definitely not the matcha fish (dessert)The shrimp tempura seems to be in the package frozen, same with the fish dessert.Plus points:- Decent price.- Nice staffs- Clean place- Have a booking system.Minus points:- No paypass/may have surcharge. However you can put the card in to avoid the charge.- A lot of wrong orders when busy- Hard to order, hard to communicate or call staffs even though they have a lot of staffs.- Quite a lot of frozen, you can actually taste it if you know Japanese food are like. Rice are really dry. It seems like they use old/not Japanese rice.

Excellent food and great service! We were constantly getting our food in a timely manner and always had someone asking if we needed anything else. I absolutely ADORED the cat robot that delivers food to you, she's super adorable, polite and patient. <3

Absolutely amazing place to eat! Dinner tasted amazing and as long as you can fit a lot it’s definitely worth its price. The service was also lovely with the waiters being patient and the cat robot causing mayhem (joking).

Okami Japanese Restaurant
I'm not one to post reviews but our time at Okami Wagga was quite disappointing. The service was terrible. It took almost 30 minutes before our first order was taken despite the restaurant being quite empty (only 3 other tables were in use) and lots of staff.Upon ordering, we had then had the wrong items brought out. We had asked for 2 prawn Gyozas servings and instead received 2 cold prawn servings. We had also ordered the new sausages, and they came out cold and not fried like the image.Upon finishing up, we had left some items including incorrect prawns and the cold hotdogs; the server then stated that she would then charge us the wastage fee which is $20 without weighing the food, despite our convictions that the wastage had been over 200 grams.Overall, this is the first Okami that I've had disappointing experience at, which doesn't seem right considering the $44 price pp (+$20 wastage).

Please for the love of God dont eat here you will waste your money! Cheap tasteless food with expensive drinks is all you will get here! $200 for all you can eat for 2 adults and one young child. You get limited service and limited choices in the menu. The pictures do not paint the correct picture here.

Party of 6, 3 ordered all you can eat, 3 ordered a meal. We were all very satisfied with our tasty meals and the attentive staff, including the robot 'Bella' who delivered many of our meals.
