My last service I wasn't happy just with little things but they redeemed themselves on this service. The girl was friendly and listened to my points of interest and the work was done while I waited for it. It has moved from the otherside to the Subura / Honda / GMSV side in the tunnel. I knew the price before the work was done and supplied my own oil and filter as always and was credited for that. I almost didn't come back but I am glad I did.

I have a scheduled service for January but have noticed the engine light on recently. My partner called to book the car in this week and some service woman said we can't put you in this week as we are busy. Additionally, the service is way overpriced and the service woman said if you don't want to get it done look elsewhere. I have been coming here since I purchased my Holden and have find the service was outstanding until some employees relocated interstate. Now the service is horrible, over priced and actually quite appalling. Will be taking my services elsewhere.

I took my Holden Statesman to Zupps in Mount Gravatt for a mild overheating problem. They did a full assessment, told me there was nothing wrong with the fans or the radiator, and thought there may have been an air bubble in one of the lines, which they bled out. What is impressive was that they did not charge me for this, although I would have been more than happy to pay them for their time. Full marks to John and the rest of the service team. That is really great service.

Bought a used Honda jazz from there last year. The brakes were scraping on test drive and told they were going to be fixed over the road at the service centre. Picked up the car and drive all the way back to the northside with the brakes still scraping. After several messages I decided to drive all the way back and it was agreed that the front rotors needed replacing. All was fine for a while until I had to suddenly brake and then the trouble started again. Not trusting them anymore I took it to a local mechanic and forfeited the warranty. I was informed the front rotors that I was told were replaced had not been and were rusty. The back rotors i had to get replaced due to being unroadworthy. Bumps were still on the surface and up until now have not been replaced but will have to be soon. From the sale which was pushy service and brushing over the obvious brake problem, I will not be buying from there again

Recently had our Chev Silverado delivered on time as promised by Rylie. His follow up and attention to detail with our enquiries was absolutely fantastic. He is enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Rylie an the team at Zupps GMSV Mt Gravatt.

We had our car Booked for a service with loan car , with no fault of Zupps the loan car not avail, So the assistant manger gave us his car, they were so accommodating, very friendly and nothing was to much to ask , also their pricing is very competitive, definitely will keep coming back
