The food was absolutely spectacular.However the service was atrocious, considering the booking system and adds boast a 2hr window of bottomless food, coffee and juice it was disappointing to wait more than 20 minutes into our session for the food to even be bought to us, coffees about the same. It didn't feel very bottomless when we were never once checked on or offered more food or drinks. Other tables around us were checked on and offered, don't know what the staff had against us.We had to flag someone down 3 times to get coffee, 4 times for orange juice. In the end we were only bought the 2nd serving of food 15m before our session ended (and store closed) leaving us unable to finish it.On top of this, I booked the $30 mon-fri deal which was advertised with no terms regarding public holidays, then was emailed to be told this wasn't valid on a public holiday. Then we arrive in store to see signage for a surcharge on top with no notice! (Could have included that in the email!) What should have cost us $30 ended up being $45!Incredibly disappointing as the food is amazing, and it has the capacity to be so much better if they trained their wait staff better.

Nice place this side of freemantle area. They serve good coffee. Popular place to chill with families and friends. Nice view. Service is something that has to be desired. Food presentation is 2 stars for me.

I was so incredibly impressed with the food and service the staff of Turquoise Cafe provided. A group of 17 of us gathered for the bottomless brunch. Everything from the booking process to the care and attention we recieved on the day drom the staff was such a standout. The food was delicious came out at the right time and heaps for us. The bubbles and coffees were great too. Big thank you to all the staff that made our day go so smoothly.

Was initially turned away due to the place being “full” although there were empty tables. Eventually got seated when we explained they told us to walk in when we called to make a booking earlier. The tables remained empty during our stay.Food was delicious and service pleasant. Will return again despite the confusing start.

The good bits, great views and good seating, over all clean and decently priced considering the location.The bad bits, I was with a group and we all order the bottomless brunch, was told we had to finish everthing on the plate before they would bring out a new one, there was 10 of us! Each plate was good for two people so them trying to make us all share between 10 was a joke.First plate took 35mins to come out and the coffees took over 40mins.Will not be back due to lack of service, its a pity as the small amount of food we got was nice.

The good bits - nice coffee, not proper fresh orange juice it's the diluted juice from concentrate which was a shame. Food was mostly nice apart from the sausage, and the canned cream on the waffle which melted within 2 minutes. Great atmosphere however the parking situation is awful, service is just as bad - nobody checked on us once! To say it's meanj to be bottomless, we weren't offered top ups on drinks or food items, we wanted to have a coffee then move onto Prosecco but nobody come over to us. We finished our food then I eventually went to the counter to order some more drinks. I asked if we were meant to go up ourselves and the waitress said no, sorry nobody has been to check on you. We would have loved some more bacon and toast. If you get the customer service right this would have been an amazing brunch but sadly it wasn't. We drove nearly an hour to visit today and really don't think we would come back after our experience here.

Great value bottomless brunch. All the food was super tasty. My only complaint is- is it really necessary to charge 50c for soy milk. $78 for breakfast for 2 people is quite expensive and I’m sure this 50c could be factored in. Won’t stop me from returning though. Thanks!

Best service in town, the waiters were very nice and always smiling. Food was very yummy and reasonable priced. Would recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

While the food was fantastic the service was atrocious. We had booked the bottomless brunch. We got our initial coffees 20 minutes after arriving and had to ask again for the orange juice. Also took about 20-25 minutes for food to arrive. We finished our drinks and food by about 12.15. We didn't get checked on once. At about 12.45 I asked for more coffees and juice. Asked again at about 12.55. Around 1 we got the coffees and again no juice, we had to ask for more food and that came out by about 1.10 (remember they close at 1.30!) We finally got our juice about 1.15. Was also quite annoyed to see all the other tables get checked on before us even though we'd arrived first. One server stopped by our table 3 times and looked right at us before turning away to serve another table! We were also not informed about the surcharge for the public holiday when booking or even when we arrived. We had to read it on a sign.

3½ stars. Walked in, no reservation. Was busy when we arrived, staff friendly and attentive, had a table cleared for us promptly. Had the breakfast platter for 2. Food came quickly for what there was. The pulled pork? was great on toast, most of the food was ok, just not great. Bacon was almost uncooked. Then there was the $7 'chocolate milkshake'. Tepid milk in a glass with syrup. Seriously, if there was ice or icecream in it anywhere I couldn't tell. At least I filled up.
