Helpful and friendly staffs. I take my two boys to this place , the vets give really good care for them and very gentle when they give my boy 1st shot for his vaccine he's not even make any noise.This place have made my boys love the vets.lol they both are excited Everytime we drove passed here and wanna go inside to say hi.

I rushed my dog in after I got home and she was convulsing on the ground. I rushed her in 30 minutes before they closed and they worked for hours to save her. Fantastic service and they kept me calm while I was distraught. The vet even traveled with her to the after hours to make sure she was safe on the drive well after closing time. I really am thankful

We have just got a new kitten, and used to use this vet many years ago & were always happy with the service, so we have now come back after six years and still found the staff friendly, helpful and honest - just as before. We really love the fact that they are open until 7pm on week nights and until 3pm Saturday - this is really convenient & much appreciated. Highly recommended to all fussy pet owners, you will not be disappointed!!

Excellent service, we didn't have to wait, very friendly, organised, knowledgeable, professional staff. Rocky our older cat came out feeling like a new man. He's got a spring back in his step we thought he had a back problem but it was coat issue that was fixed on the spot. Highly recommend.

Today was the first time i went with my furbaby for vaccination. Damien is a superstar. He is professional, polite and knows what he is doing. He understands a dog’s behaviour very well specially when my dog has anxiety issues. He made sure the process was smooth and was very patient. He was so generous with time and shared information about our dog and his anxiety and behaviour. I would 100% recommend owners of anxious and reactive dogs to go for Damien in Eastern Shore.
