Terrible shopping experience. The male in here needs training on how to approach customers and assess their needs before recommending things that don’t work! I had to repeat myself 3 times and he shrugged his shoulders and had a blank look on his face.I was trying to purchase a gift which was a new arrival not in stock. Would not give me relevant options that would suit me, for example: constantly telling me to buy online despite me already saying that I need the gift by tomorrow. Failed to give me other store stock lists or phone numbers, as well, proceeded to tell me the airport store is not part of their retail grouping. I left frustrated and baffled by how someone could be so clueless. Off to Collins street today instead.

Well articulated with what a customer needs. Very attentive and polite staff.

Bad customer service. I was trying to find a wallet here but I couldn’t find the right one. As soon as I told the female staff that I will think about it, she kept quiet and showed me a bad face instead. My advice is don’t shop here.
