Anytime Fitness Epping North (24/7 Gym)

More than half treadmills not working from last week. Just 2-3 working and trying to call but no one answering the calls. Wrost experience gym reopen after 3 weeks now more dramas going on…..

A real great club! I appreciate the very recent makeover a lot! A LOT! They got an extensive range of equipments and beautiful layout + big space! (Would even be better if the mobile network signal is stronger, and there’s no member wifi atm) All the staff are amazing (specially mentioning Gem, REAL GEM!) :) Thanks for all your hard work to make the gym soooo great!

Great energy and friendly people around. No judgements and very supportive. Gym is run very well and definitely recommend for anyone's fitness journey.

The membership cancellation process needs to be reviewed ASAP. My experience has been incredibly frustrating as it has been weeks and numerous attempts to cancel my membership. The process is convoluted, unresponsive and unhelpful. Lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction are simply unacceptable.

The membership fees have been increased by nearly 50% for putting in about 2-3 new machines. Given that there has been an extensive increase in the number of members, often leaving the gym very crowded and increased wait times for equipment, I would expect that the least they could do is keep the membership fees constant. Everyday I also see new members joining so I do not understand the substantial increase in fees. I have been a member with them for over 2 years. It use to be good before and now I feel like I don't get my money's worth especially after the price increase.

False advertisement, I received an email $5 for 5 weeks, but when I went to join the gym they had a catch and they told me I have to sign a contract for at least 12 months to be eligible for this offer, however this was not mentioned in the email I received, their membership prices are very high compare to other gyms around Epping, Don't waste people's time by false advertisements.

They increased gym fee by almost 35% which is a complete rip off. If they put few new machines in, thats for their own business development, not fair to transfer the costs in the customers.

All the equipment you need with a good layout having equipment both upstairs and downstairs. The gym no longer feels out-of-date after the renovations. Great staff and gym community.

I use to be a member of anytime fitness Epping North and I am absolutely appalled by the amount of time it has taken me to go back and forth over something so simple. I tried cancelling my memebership and they have continued to take money out of my acc. I have gone in to discuss with someone however have been show the most disgusting customer service so unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful people with no care in the world for their “customers”. So patheticThis is so unhelpuful ,unresponsive and also unprofessional and Fraud and thief of been taking out money without my authorisedThey said too busy cleaning for the reopening of the gym how bad this kind of customers they don’t care about the customers
