Concurred with MSM" - caveat emptor - what was advertised/shown was not what was received! I too have the same problem - angry client at me for supplying the WRONG item and cheap product! Getting refund is a book on its own ("War and Peace")."

I brought 20 removable bollards from this company initially they replied to my questions promptly but sadly these bollards are cheap for a reason they are rubbish, just about all 20 have had the top cap come off and I have to return to job site multiple times to repair them, I cannot afford to do this and now the customer refuses to deal with me anymore because of the product I install is not of great quality, please avoid Safety Sector for your own peace of mind, I sent them photos and a letter but they refuse to reply very poor quality product and customer service,Shame on you
