Excellent customer service! Ordered my 2 bathrooms, kitchen & laundry over the phone. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, advising me of upcoming sales. All items were delivered by another staff member who thoroughly checked everything off & showed me each item without me having to ask.Extremely happy with Highgroves & will be a returning customer!

A poor customer experience. My advice is to always ensure to check the items when they get delivered. We had our bathroom delivered and stored in our garage. When it was delivered I asked if I needed to check the items to see if there was any damage but I was told not to bother, that if there was any issue then I just needed to let them know and they'd replace any damaged product. Due to other commitments our builder did not unpack the items for another 5/6 weeks before installing the bathroom. When he did one of the mirrors was found to be cracked at the corner which is not surprising as there is barely any protection other than a flimsy piece of polystyrene to protect the edges and corners. Another mirror had a defect on the back. Upon telling Highgrove Bathrooms I was sent to the website to fill out the warranty form. The form did not load so they processed the claim manually. They agreed to replace the mirror with the defect but claimed the damage to the other mirror had occurred outside a reasonable timeframe": I have written to their head office three times to clarify what exactly is the a "reasonable timeframe" but they have ignored the three emails I sent them requesting confirmation of this. After several emails and phone calls Highgrove relented and advised me I could pay 50% towards a new mirror. When I again refused
