I have been using Gaswise for several years both at work and at home. Ash is a pleasure to deal with and always responds to calls and enquies promptly. On a number of occasions he has helped me out at short notice when our hot water system died and when installing a new kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for either commercial or domestic work and have peace of mind knowing he is competitively priced.

My wife smell some gas in our backyard after exchange delivery of gas bottle. I brushed it off saying it is normal. But my wife told again in the evening about gas smell. I tried to call Supagas on normal number but then hang up as their office was closed. Later late night at 11 pm my wife told me to call Supagas after hour service and Supagas was quick to inform Ash from Gaswise plumbing. Ash called me within 5 minutes and we had an initial chat. I couldn’t figure out the problem but Ash took his precessional judgement and advised me he will be at my place asap. He travelled from Campbelltown to Baulkham Hills and reached after midnight (12.50 am !!) He checked thoroughly and found some leaking in the bottle. I am glad I contacted Ash and Ash took his professional judgement to come over at my place at midnight even though I told him to come in the morning. Finally after following all due process, we resolved the issue at 3am !!Big thanks to Ash from Gaswise and Supateam. I liked the commitment and professionalism from Ash.
