Eliza promptly replied to our general enquiry sent out to several conveyancing businesses in Launceston. Eliza reviewed our contract before we signed our initial offer, and helped us insert several important clauses. Tasmanian contracts of sale are different to the mainland, and her local experience helped us understand what we needed to specifically put in the contract. Then when I emailed revisions to sharpen the pencil on our offer, and emailed these at 7.14am, Eliza sent back the revised contract before 8am! And we were back in EL Conveyancing offices at 9am signing the amendments. Breathtakingly efficient and helpful, my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending EL Conveyancing. Unprofessional, the property I was purchasing was getting checked, where a couple of issues came ro light, prior to settlement EL Conveyancing didn't inform me about unconditional clauses it was the vendor's solicitor!!! Who offered an extension so I could get quotes (I was first time homeowner)Wont
