Today, I was served by Darren at HN Maribyrnong, who sold me a vacuum cleaner. He listened to my needs and showed me options, and presented their functions. You can tell, no matter how big or small a sale is, he will deliver great service with a friendly attitude. Much appreciating his time! I'm actually enjoying cleaning with my new little MACHINE of a vacuum.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Darren in store and he was so lovely, friendly and gave me great deals!Ali and the other guy who delivered my goods were absolutely lovely! Efficient and they set up my washer and dryer for me quickly so it was ready to go.Thank you so much

Surprisingly great experience, and deals!!Despite the general negativity about the brand, we had a very good experience here, proving that it is the staff that make the difference in customer experience.The staff here were very helpful, the store surprisingly has an excellent availability of electronics compared to similar other Retail chains.Highly recommended for the super staff here!

Just got our washing machine installed by amazing guys Ali and Dean. We moved from England just last night and had ordered the washing machine without actually checking the laundry room size. When today morning Ali and Dean came to install they saw that washing machine is slightly bigger that the laundry room. Ali quickly did a quick think of lifting the machine and safely lowered it into small space. They both lifted the heavy machine and safely lowered it. And now it's in working order. Just brilliant service, friendly guys and super quick. ...I think 5 star is not enough.

I want to give a big Shout out to Andrew in the carpet/flooring area for his great customer service a week.ago. visited with my partner to purchase a large Rug for our son. Andrew spent time going through the different range. Many thanks for his knowledge and looking after us. We will be back

Overall-super positive and convenient experience!Their home/appliance salesman Darren, gave me THE BEST service, it was so much more convenient than buying online! And he gave me an awesome discount on an incredible new coffee machine. The warehouse staff assisted and loaded the machine straight into my car afterwards, so convenient!And Hazel at the checkout was lovely and informative!

The massage chairs were a life saver for our family, while we waited for our photos. We spent a good 20 minutes relaxing on the chairs. Once I move, we will def be investing in one for our home. The staff were all so lovely and friendly
