Ive had my windows installed by another UPVC double glazing supplier and they did an amazing job however due to COVID, they were unable to assist me with the remaining 6 windows and 3 doors. I found Winplex online and requested a quote which resulted in Phoenix attending to quote. He was understanding of my situation and provided a very competitive quote. He accommodated some after hours visits to show me samples of their work. Admittedly, the windows were not Exactly" the same as the rest of my house but i was prepared to have a slight variation as this was for the rear of the house and very much a seperate room.The install was also not very standard as i had some very bad wood rot on the window surrounds. Winplex team came and did a great job installing the windows but also added lots of timber at the head and sill to box the new windows in.They did explain this was not standard at all but since it was promised during the quotation period

I’m loving my new Winplex windows. I got them installed just in time for that super hot day yesterday - even though it was 44 degrees outside, I barely used my A/C all day! They look great, and the built in fly screens mean that I can have the doors and windows open without letting in any insects. The Winplex team kept in contact from ordering, through installation and then followed up with me afterwards. I couldn’t be happier.

We have just had Winplex windows installed, the quality of these windows is amazing. We have already noticed the difference is the temperature on a warm day, so much cooler .The workers were a pleasure to have, they work very well together as a team , very polite and very helpful. Very happy with the quality and installation of our uPVC windows and doors. We went with Tilt and Turn windows and the multi-lock doors which are both flexible and secure. The team at Winplex were great throughout the process and their consultative approach combined with their flexibility and frame quality helped to win our business.Once the frames were installed, we felt secure (the doors are solid), we experienced much better heat retention and we could hardly hear what was going on outside so noise reduction was excellent.We liked Winplex's 10 year guarantee, their responsiveness and quality of their window profiles compared to others. It's a reasonable size investment but well worth it in the end.If you are looking for Windows and Frames, uPVC is a great option and I would highly recommend speaking to the team at Winplex.

Over the past 12 months we have had Winplex supply and install 2 big invisifold doors, a tilt / turn window and a fixed picture window. Really high quality solid products, very well made.
