If I could give zero, I would. 4 of us went in mid-week, only one other person there and the staff were all so rude it was incredible. Half a job done, no effort whatsoever made, evidently talking about us, when we pointed out no base or top coat they had a tantrum.Avoid at all costs.

My daughter got Shellac nails and they turned out horrible. All around her nails had the drill residue and nail polish. Her nails got all of this sudden texture and were very bumpy. The nail lady sprayed acetone all over her hands with a visible cut and she filed her nails unnecessarily short. Customer service and product was horrible I wouldn't recommend.

Tried this place for acrylic refills as somewhere different on a Tuesday during the day, there were only 4 staff and it got a little busy as a result my nails were extremely rushed, and the acrylic work was really poor, polish was done in a rush, spots missed etc and as a result it's already chipping and the filing and shaping was awful, hands weren't matched so have different lengths on each hand. Had to tidy them up myself once I got home. Will not be back and would definitely not recommend.

There are so many average nail salons around the place that I had to leave a review. These were dare I say perfect. In the past many nail stylists haven’t listened to how I like them, and I’m too polite to say anything. However these ladies nailed them! I had to leave a review. Thank you so much I will be back!

I recently visited Roxana Nails N Beauty, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and the services were exceptional. Highly recommended!

Just avoid this salon. I went there couple of times and my last time was the worst experience. I needed just to change the shellac colour on my fingers without manicure! One lady started my job,done 3 coats and after 45 minutes even without explaining to me start to drill the colour, I was shocked and asked what’s happening, the lady next to her said she’s not happy with the colour!! And yes for sure it was a definite mess. Another lady started to do my nails from beginning, drilling and putting another colour and yes how much damage was done to my nails, they cut my nails short during this long process about more than 1 hour and half, by unnecessary drilling and buffing. At the end they left me with another mess and over charged me $55 for mess fingers shellac colour without manicure. Then they gave me $5 discount for wasting my time and ruining my nails. So definitely unhappy from the service and never recommend this salon to any one
