Pozza's Powdercoating

Pozzas' powdercoated my double steel entrance gates. Did a very neat job - very happy with the results. Minor sagging near the base of each bar - but that is to be expected with this large and awkward job. Minor communication issue - but was quickly resolved.All round - very professional, friendly and very good quality work. Will take more business there in the future

They do not cure their products correctly. They use an oven that stays the same temperature no matter the size of the item. This is important because the object needs to reach a certain temperature to cure correctly, not the surrounding ambient temperature. No infrared thermometer is used to check the items temp. What your left with is smaller or thin items are okish but large items coating is as delicate as semi dried paint. Oven is set to 365F where just about any powder usually flows out at 400F. I used to work there that's how I know the gas heater can't keep up with an electric oven. It's science. You're doing it right or your not, there is no gray area, or disputing the process.

Pozzas powder coating is your place for coatings, he's a great guy to chat and to deal with. Turned my piece around so quick and really enjoyed meeting with him for a chat. Will be doing a lot more business in the future. Such a pozzative experience.

I've had my car parts done by pozza he did great job of it and I'm happy with his work and I willing keep in touch again .For anyone out there who want their things powdercoating.....I would recommend pozza for his excellent in his work .

Did a motorcycle frame and a tow bar, did good work on both. But then I got them to do some bearing cups, what a mess!!! Coated the inside of both cups, realised the mistake but did not correct it. Bloody hard to remove the unwanted coating. Clearly not to be trusted with work that requires a little bit of common sense. Won't be sending any other work there
