As far as peace and quiet on the East coast goes, this is right up there.Pristine beach, rainforest, rest.Obviously in croc country and all kinds of jellyfish, so swimming is at your own discretion…

Following the Google Maps directions leads you straight to the beach entrance. A wide and good gravel road on a small stretch right before. There are a few spots on either side of the road where you can park right after the beach sign. Not as nice sand as the Mission Beach beach, but very hidden and idyllic looking! Worth a stop if you have a car and extra time in Mission Beach.

This beach is very remote and a bit difficult to find, but very interesting, has a extremely dense mangrove type forest on edge of beach. Also is considered Mission Beach's only unoffical nude beach at northern part of beach.
