Got a th400 built and ran sweet for over 12 months. It developed a small reverse problem. Craigs fixed the trans under warranty even tho it was outside of its warranty period. Highly recommended

Just picked up my car from Craigs, I had a new TH400 built for my SS. My old TH400 was also built by Craigs in 2012. Very durable. I couldn’t be happier, the feeling of the gear changes is so responsive and smooth. They finished the work very quickly, even though they had a lot of work going on. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

What an absolute disgrace!!!Transmission Mechanic called Rob is a fraud, ask around about this guy before letting him work on your truck, he has been fired by multiple workshops, for his incompetency and fraudulent claims of his professionalism. Absolute con man.In the process to taking them to court, and wouldn’t be doing this if i wasn’t going to win. My case is strong, with evidence and expert reports.We all know the ones that talk alot about themselves are usually full of it. Watch out for this guy. He takes short cuts and then wont own up to the problems under their warranty. They look for outs under warranty or will purposely sabotage something to void warranty. I have this on camera. Craig’s Automatics must be desperate to hire this guy, oh well, they do work out from a dump, so that explains most of it.
