Extremely happy with my Active feet purchase. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The owner should be very proud of the customer service that the staff provide. The last time I made a purchase here was when we were in full lockdown and not allowed to shop in stores. They were also fabulous in that situation.

They successfully helped me to find comfortable running shoes based on my feet size and running style. The process takes about 10 minutes, from selecting the shoes to trying the shoe on treatment and checkout process. Please be prepared sometime during peak hours.

Went in there for a new pair of runners and Nick the sales assistant was excellent. He quickly diagnosed everything going on with my feet, and seemed to anticipate what I needed before I could even ask it.Such great service, highly recommend going here to find shoes that you need - as making selections in bigger chain stores can be overwhelming at times. They made it so easy.

Love this shop. The range is excellent, but more's to the point the staff know their stuff. Young, articulate and very, very knowledgeable which they are able to share, offer options, etc. We've bought 3 pairs of shoes there now and highly recommend them. Actually, they were recommended to me too!
