I can 100% recommend training with Alan as he is incredibly professional and has a fantastic sense of humour which makes for a great time whilst training. In the past 2 years that I have been training with him, he has never been late and he is always super organised. Even before Covid, Alan would show great care towards hygiene on the equipment so you can be assured that whenever you touch something, it will always be clean and sanitised.Alan is fantastic with managing injuries and coming up with exercise swaps, regressions and progressions all while having a can-do attitude. He's always encouraging everyone through sets and reps and has been able to get me to lift heavier weights in a gradual and safe manner.Alan is also continuously upskilling himself and has knowledge around female athletes and pelvic floor issues. As a mother of two, there are certain movements I struggle with but I can always comfortably ask for an exercise swap if I do not feel comfortable.Thank you BusiFit for doing everything you can through these tough times!

Lockdown was made much easier when I was able to train with Allan. His enthusiasm and knowledge is very encouraging.Allan makes it enjoyable to train, his professionalism and passion is second to none.Why be stuck indoors training when you can get your fitness while enjoying the outdoors and fresh air.

The team at Busifit do not have a one size fits all approach when it comes to their training. They understand that everyone has different levels of fitness and that is the key. Love their tailor training and group sessions as well. Also thank you to Allan, for helping me reach my goals as well to the rest of the team for always pushing me and everyone else at every session.
