The experience in here is pleasant. Lily was very helpful to find what I wanted. I bought three diffrent watches from this store. Very pleased. will visit this place again.

Bought a watch for my wife's birthday from here. Within the hour we came back to have the strap adjusted - the lady working there used a pen to open it, scratched it, denied doing it and was plain rude while struggling to close the clasp back in. We were told that they can't adjust it because they can't close the clasp. We requested a refund and the other lady working there also turned quite rude on the spot. Got our money back, but will never return. Poor service.

Really terrible experience. I did order one G shock at 22/02/2020. And it due date at 24/03/2020. We’ll, it now 15/06/2020. I still cannot get the watch. I have paid half of the price for order. Now I want the refund. The lady in the store said they cannot do the refund. why I cannot get the refund since it already way late than the due date. And the lady said the only thing I can do is keeping wait..... I cannot take it.

Bought a watch here yesterday and the customer service was brilliant. The lady was patient, offered to remove excess links in the watch, set it to the correct time and took the time to put it all back in the box and just seemed to understand what a special moment buying a watch can be, no matter the price.

Both are absolute customer service superstars and a great asset to your company.I had an issue with a watch I had purchased some time ago but had only just opened it to find it was faulty.Issue resolved very quickly, initially from Adem in the Myer Centre who kindly located the same identical watch in stock in their Regent Arcade store and rang the store to let them know the situation before I headed into there.Anh who works at the Regent Arcade store, helped me with the exchange and was also very helpful.Sincere thanks to both of these staff members, whose help today, I really appreciated.If you're ever looking to buy from Shiels, I would not hesitate to recommend these staff members, they are awesome, and both really go out of their way to help you as much as they can.Great service, thank you.

I bought a jewellery, it did nt not fit so i returned and exchange the item for another piece of jewellery nd the lady she gave me a credit voucher along with the new piece of jewellery tht i got. When i purchase in first place there was no mention of any policy. I went into to take my money back from credit voucher nd the lady said she cant give money back then she was showing me the policy steakers while they should show in first but they dont do this. So now i cant take my money back. I will never returnning to shiels myer centre rundle mall adelaide.Ripping pplThere is no lower rate then 1 tht i can give them bcoz they deserve a lower review.

I stopped there yesterday and I witness the worst customer service. The shop is crowded, not enough staff to serve, even the one who talks to you they want you to leave..! Even unsatisfied.I don't recommend this shiels branch to any one. I think the owner should make serious changes about that specially alot of reviews here and people on reality agree on the poor customer service in this branch!!!!!you can visit the other Shiels branch which is near the arcade on the rundle mall instead more welcoming and lovely staff.

They ruin my proposal plan. I bought a engagement ring there, but it does not fit my partner finger, I have to resize it. The lady who sale me said I can collect it on next Monday. I have to ask my friend to come there and pick it up. But when she arrive, they said the ring is not ready till next 3 more days. I even told the lady which dates I need the ring. I asked at least three times about the date i can collect, she affirmed that on Monday. But no.When I decided to buy the ring, the lady even said I have to buy a “care plan” for the ring, I said no. But she still said I have to until I question her.

Went to Rundle Mall yesterday to buy my daughter her 21st bday ring and I was nervous about getting the right diamond ring and not knowing a lot about them etc. After a couple of stores we went to Shiels Myer Centre Adelaide and we were served by Adem who was so lovely and helpful and offered some suggestions that my daughter tried on and then we went to look around elsewhere. Then my daughter wanted to go back again to Shiels as she said Adem was so lovely so she wanted to try on some others there and then he found the perfect ring she wanted! He also explained all the pros and cons of the rings we had tried to make sure we were picking right one for her and then even rang around to find one in her size so she could wear it the night of her 21st...........it was truly a special touching moment thank you so much Adem!
