I have rented a property through Godwin Witten Realty since 2020. They have provided a great service and have helped immensely throughout the years to my changing circumstances.In particular, Jenny Sheppard has been my property manager throughout my time renting with them. Jennifer and her team welcomed us like friends when we arrived in Cairns. We were looking for a 'humble abode' to rent but were cared for and treated as though we were about to rent 'a mansion'. After trawling a lot of different agencies in cairns looking for a rental property for our family after relocating from NSW. Godwin Witten were the best customer service we received hands down. All of the staff we dealt with were friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely cannot fault them, I came in crying and upset from a bad private rental but Godwin Witten Realty managed to find me an apartment to move into on the day and did everything in their power to help me. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond. 5 Stars!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond for you!The rest of the team is also extremely friendly, and the agent that was handling the inspections was outgoing and patient with my partner's many questions when he tagged along.Highly recommend these guys, especially from a tenants perspective.
