Aaron is very personable and cares about people. He is a highly skilled plumber and was able to come up with solutions for our problems without breaking our bank. I have no hesitation in giving Aaron a 5 star review.

I had an appointment booked for 8am, he came at 10:30 and didn't call or message me to let me know he would be late.Was here for a total of 41 minutes, he spent 30 of them minutes on the phone while his worker set up, they tried to jett the drain for 5 minutes left water and mud everywhere and also broke the concrete around the storm water drain on the house and then packed up and left.they then rang me later that day and tried to charge me $210, thank God I checked the security cameras before hand, they won't be getting paid until the concrete is repaired, I got another plumber out who unblocked the drain in under 30 mins. I will never recommend Aaron to anyone

Myself and a handful of my neighbors have had issues with them not showing up, showing up when they feel like it, and doing a poor job. New hot water service eventually installed, water was gushing from it, then we find out its affected the gas line to our heater. Its one things after another. Nice blokes but they really needs a diary/personal assistant and to fix things properly.

Aaron was unreal! Hot water went, a new one was delivered that same day and installed the next! When it’s hot water that you’re going without, was stoked to have it sorted so quickly!

Aaron installed wood heater for me after providing some prelim advice as to what was required for him to help out. Was really fast, no fuss, great guy, great service. Thanks, would recommend.

Our rentals roof had been approved to be done in Sept last year. It's nearly Sept again and it still hasn't been done. My partner kept calling. He said he'd come out the next week. Never did. Then when he said he would replace it before we moved out... he didn't. My partner would ring for updates and he basically said you never give up do you?" We've moved out now and surprise it still has not been done. Oh he also said he'd come and do it on a nice day. A few weeks ago there were 3 nice days in a row. Still didn't show up. We ended up with black mould because of it. Don't go through him."
