An immaculate spray job on the rear bumper and tailgate of my hatchback. Prompt service and well organised, the owner John was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to address any issues with the repair. Michelle in the office managed all of the business and liaison aspects of my job, to take the stress out of that time in my life when I needed the auto body shop to come to my rescue.

I recently had my front bumper bar repaired and bonnet spray painted and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! John was very helpful in explaining the repair process and provided a fair and reasonable price. Throughout the repair, they kept me informed of the progress which I was very impressed by. I am incredibly happy with the service I have received and will undoubtedly return for any future automotive repairs!

I recently had the pleasure of using LaTrobe Auto Body for repairing my car after a collision. My car had a been rear ended by a truck and the whole back was damaged. The customer service was great and exceeded my expectations! They were friendly, professional and responsive. They kept myself updated on all the work that was being done via text and phone and went above and beyond to assist myself. They managed to start the work earlier than any other repairer across Melbourne and were understanding of circumstances. There was also a rental car as well so no time wasting on trying to obtain one. They were so kind. My car looks brand new, and the detail that has been performed was above and beyond in what I had expected. I felt assured that my car was repaired to the upmost standard and felt safe knowing they performed this. I recommend this repair shop and would love to give more than just 5 stars. My experience with the team at Latrobe Auto body was exceptional. My vehicle was damaged in a car wash facility, and after engaging the services of Latrobe Auto Body, they took all the stress and anxiety away from me dealing with the claim. Michelle was outstanding in her communication and updates to me keeping me informed, while she acted on my behalf in successfully getting the other party to admit liability and take responsibility. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Once my claim was approved I was quickly booked in, provided a replacement vehicle causing no disruption to my life. I cannot recommend Latrobe Auto Body highly enough. They are Honest, professional, provide great customer service, and post support. They will definatley be my only point of call should I ever end up in this situation again.
