Dan did an impeccable job on 160m2 of exposed aggregate for us, including steppers, planter boxes, paths, driveway. We cannot fault the workmanship - it looks absolutely fantastic. The price was also highly competitive. The sealed finish was so clean that all the stones are sparkling like jewels (see picture)! Dan was also a fantastic communicator and always responded to texts and calls immediately, long before the work started and after everything was complete. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to provide advice and service regarding all aspects of organizing, performing and cleaning up after the job. The team performed all aspects including leveling, compacting, installing a channel drain and hooking this up to storm-water, sealing etc. His customer care even extended to noticing where I damaged a section after completion and offering to fix up my damage at no cost. I can't recommend Thurlo's highly enough. Thanks Dan!!!

Liquid Limestone Job Review.I just wanted to thank Thurlos Concrete for the awesome liquid limestone job that they have conducted.I had contacted another 4 companies prior to Thurlos Concrete – The first one wouldn’t even bother tocome in to quote the job as I had arranged it with them weeks in advance. The other one did come inbut they displayed a bit of disinterest as I showed them my design and in the end they didn’t even sendme a quote which I was meant to receive in ‘a couple of days’. The third one said I live too far away. Theforth one said he wouldn’t do the job with the artificial grass as it would take them too long – Basicallyhe just wanted to pour the concrete and rush to the next job.After going through that entire nightmare, I had Dan come in to quote the job. I must say that the jobwasn’t one of easiest as I had uplights to be embedded into the concrete as well as artificial grass intriangle shape along the side of the pool. Dan was very professional at all times and at no stage did Danhesitate to deliver what I requested despite the fact he said he hadn’t done a job with that sort of designbefore.The work was done in no time and I am very pleased with the outcome therefore I wouldn’t hesitate torecommend Thurlos Concrete to family and friends.As well, Dan is very approachable and is always happy to respond my queries and give me advice.Regards,Helder Gurgel
