Wizard Carpets

We found wizard to be the most competitive and professional of all the carpet retailers we approached. Gary was attentive to our needs and always followed through. Their layers were exceptional. We highly recommend wizard.

I was a sure sale for Gary and I was dumped and messed around for no good reason. Do not use these people unless you like getting messed around and have them not do what they say.They had a carpet I like on their web site I wanted and expressed that I really wanted it. He said he would call back later and did not. So I called again the next day and asked why he never returned my call. He said he was to busy. So I expressed again how much I wanted this carpet and he said he would come on that same day. I told him where I was and was clear and he knew. He said he would see me later. 3 hours later I get a call and he says he is not coming because I am to far away. I am a 45 minute drive and not that far at all. He mentioned some of the other places he had to go to and they were longer to get to. So I was a sure sale and he flogged me off. I guess he could not be bothered and had more work then he needed. Not the sort of people you want to deal with. Sigh.

Poor service by receptionist lady and owner is rude too. Stay away

We called in to get a carpet replaced - they quoted a very competitive price and installed the carpet very quickly. I'd particularly call out Jodi for her responsiveness in the office and the carpet fitters themselves. They carried out the installation to a high standard and when they had to wait for a join to set made sure that we were aware of that so we didn't just think they were taking a break. I'd recommend them.

Price ok, service ok. Pretty basic though. I regret the choice of carpet we made and I blame that on poor consultation from Gary. Not much advice, info on pros and cons etc. Would have paid more for a better quality carpet and we would have steered clear of polypropylene.

I am very happy with the price & quality & service of the carpet for my newly renovated waterfront home in Runaway Bay. I highly recommend Wizard Carpets to anyone thinking of new carpets for their home.

False quotes to beat competition. They came in cheaper to win the quote and then charged more because they forgot to count 1 bedroom. There were only 4 bedrooms, now their price is more than the others. Would not trust this bunch.
