Adrienne and Janine were both brilliant masseuses - my Mum, Dad, husband and I were all thrilled with our massages and as new parents and grandparents, it was greatly appreciated!The service was very professional and we would highly recommend to add a little extra relaxation to your Noosa holiday.

Adrienne was a fantastic yoga instructor! She really helped us novices enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding yoga practice. We did three sessions with her and each one helped us get intune with our bodies. Her knowledge of yoga and intuition of our needs made for a wonderful time. A few of us also had a remedial massage and wow did we feel fantastic after. Can't recommend Adrienne and her company enough if you are heading to the Noosa region.

Total bliss and relaxation. Thoroughly enjoyed the hour massage. Could’ve stayed there for hours on the massage table. Allie got all my knots out and was feeling supple and chilled for the next couple days. Thank you so much
