The team at Nulook worked very hard to make building our new house the best experience possible. They were responsive & no question was too much trouble for them (I asked many questions!). They would always work hard to sort things out. Nulook were really accommodating - there were instances where I must have spent over an hour discussing the detail of a particular option & then we would elect not to go ahead! :P Nulook were really flexible though - if at all possible things can be added/taken away from the contract as we go along - no problem to them at all.All the staff are a pleasure to deal with & very professional - in particular: Brent, Peter, Julie & Laura. The trades they use often have a long history of working with Nulook, which we thought was a good sign. All their tradies take a lot of pride in their work & were happy to walk us through what they are doing when we visited site. Likewise Brent (co-owner & site supervisor) would always talk us through what was happening & what was to come whenever we saw him onsite or spoke on the phone.As we progressed through the build it became clear that no matter what challenges may come up, we could trust Nulook to sort it out in the best way possible. They would contact us proactively to meet onsite & discuss anything they felt required extra discussion. The quality of workmanship is outstanding & handover occurred 2 days earlier than scheduled!I've liaised with Nulook extensively since handover for their advice on things I've done after handover. For example, how the hard surfacing outside the house would affect the weep holes, because we have flush thresholds. They could not have been more supportive & helpful, even though we'd had handover & made final payments (and this was work that could have been done through them, but they were very accepting of us electing what to do through them & what we wanted to do ourselves - there was never any pressure, even though these items would have been eligible for 'builders margin').We have been in the house now for almost a year & are so glad we built with Nulook.If I built again, I would definitely use Nulook!

Nulook Homes helped us realise our vision of restoring our old run down early 1900's weatherboard house into a beautiful and functional family home. They worked with us to blend the history of our home and the past, our desire to use recycled materials wherever possible (timber floors, windows, doors, etc.), and the respectful introduction of contemporary functionality. We cannot recommend Brent, Peter and the entire Nulook team enough. Since finishing our renovation we have had several friends build and renovate with them based on the quality job they did with our home. Cannot recommend highly enough. We love our new home! Serious renovations of the home you are living in can be difficult to endure. But Peter and his team minimized this stress with an absolute commitment to quality, schedule and craftsmanship. Peter was extremely proactive, thoughtful and organized and the top shelf quality of the team that supported him has meant that our renovation has exceeded all of our expectations. Now that we are living in our beautiful new home built by Nulook it is time to say a BIG thank you to the Nulook team! From the very beginning their quoting system was detailed so we knew where our $$ would be going. Then throughout the process we were made to feel like we were valued clients from the warm greeting at reception to the extra help in meetings when choosing items, upgrades or making decisions. Throughout the whole build we appreciated the efforts to meet our individual requirements by the Supervisor and the trades people. They say that building a home is one of the most stressful things you can do. But Nulook Homes made building our new custom home during Covid so easy. The whole Nulook team was amazing and it is really obvious why they are consistent winners of prestigious Building Awards.Going above and beyond in every respect, working around timber shortages, roofing delays, glass manufacturers closing down and a plethora of other problems, Peter and his team made sure there were absolutely minimal delays.The thing that originally sold us on engaging Nulook Homes was their relationship with their trades. It was important to us that trades were paid on-time and they were treated well by Nulook.We were hearing that trades were a significant issue with other builders, but it was evident during our build that there was mutual respect between the trades and Nulook Homes as everything went so smoothly. We had the same brickie, plumber, electrician, tiler, concreter, plasterer and more from start to finish.We felt privileged to have had Nulook Homes as our builder and very highly recommend them for any custom build, whether a new home, extension or renovation.

We had the best experience building our first home with Nulook Homes! When I started looking around fewyears ago, I came across mostly a list of project builders which are more commonly known by the public. A friend of mine then shared and raved about his experience building with Nulook Home. I then took my time to compare Nulook Homes with another 2 WA very well known large project builders. Peter was very patient and passionate with what he does. He took his time to answer every single questions I had (and I had lots of them!). Long story short, we signed to build with Nulook Homes and we are glad that we did. They have the most professional and meticulous trades people. Brent and Julie were exceptional and accommodating during the build and now Laura during the maintenance period - what a team! Very happy with our new home. We had an Independent Building Inspector who helped us during the PC inspection and his overall comment said it all Exceptional finishes and one of the best tile-job I've ever seen". From start to finish, we have had an excellent building experience with Nulook Homes who have been steady and consistent in updates and working at each stage of our home build (located south of the river). Their trades are all very good and are supervised very well via Brent and Julie and Laura have been a delight to work with administratively and Peter was very transparent about the build process from the beginning so we knew what to expect. We have just finished building with Nu Look Homes and cannot stress how happy we are! They were recommended to us and we can see why. From the beginning we were guided through the process with Peter and Julie, who helped make all of our selections seamless. Then Brent the building supervisor who was always available for anything we needed at any time. Their tradesmen did an excellent job and were all so polite when we visited. Laura the receptionist is just lovely and such an asset to the business.
