Ironborn Physiotherapy Caroline Springs

I attended IronBorn on Sunday 11th June for a Remedial Massage as I had been struggling with pain and tightness in my shoulders, pain in my lower back as well as pain in my left hand. Eddie performed some magic…he massaged, he did some needling, he cupped and voilà the pain and tightness was almost non existent, 17 days later and I still feel good, my one session definitely helped. Eddie made me feel at ease whilst talking me through what he was doing and also giving me advice on how to manage some of the discomfort and pain I feel. I will be booking another session soon. I highly recommend Eddie for anyone out there needing this kind of treatment, you will not be disappointed.

Came in for my first physio session because I was having pain in my left arm and lower back. Did a massage along with dry needling and cupping. Also taught me some stretches and excises to ease the pain.Amazing service and very knowledgeable in his work.Highly recommend!

Saw Ed for a my shoulder and arm which required urgent attention! He was very friendly and approachable...and was very thorough with the treatment and made sure all sore areas were tackled. He didn't rush the appointment and showed me some stretches for the irritated nerves after. I'm already felling much better than before and hope to get to 100% next few days. Definitely recommend him!

Had an amazing session with for back deep tissue massage. Great strength and technique. Probably the best I’ve had to be honest. Also did the cupping with needling and electric pulses for the first time which was super relaxing. Had a clenched jaw and also did the same therapy on my jaw and temples which I really enjoyed. Overall amazing therapist and also very in depth knowledgeable chats about the body and keeping mobile and active . 10/10

Highly recommend Ed! Had so much tension in my back for months and managed to release it all. Talked me through his technique and proves he’s very knowledgeable with what he does. Will be going back soon.
