Fine Line Tattoos

I have had three fine line tattoos by Michael and will definitely be back. He is very caring and extremely talented. Hannah on reception is a vibe and Renee provided some great laughs. Thanks team, I’ll definitely be back again.

I had a wonderful experience with Renee Baker at Fine Line. She was so friendly, patient and attentive and put all my first time jitters at ease, highly recommend the studio and her personally if you are looking for a welcoming space, will be back!

This is my third time visiting Fine Line Tattoos and I’m never disappointed. The vibe is super friendly and I always feel really comfortable in their space. The last two times I worked with Kate (Kalula) and now have four gorgeous little hand poked tattoos that I just adore. Kate is fabulous! I would highly recommend Fine Line and Kate to anyone.

I had a tattoo designed and drawn by kalula and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out - I absolutely love my little dainty work of art. As someone who was nervous and apprehensive about getting a tattoo, Kate completely puts you at ease with her caring, bright and gentle nature. She is a true professional and she was so enthusiastic and engaged throughout the process. From the initial appointment request, the process is so seamless - the process is so well explained, communication is clear and you know exactly what you are getting. I highly recommend this studio and Kate. Tattoo healed within days, I actually forgot I had it (in a good way), it's absolutely perfect.

This was the first option that came up for me when I was looking to get a fine line tattoo done in Melbourne. I wasn't fussy on where I got it done as I didn't know a lot, but I was really happy with how it all turned out. They organised for Eagle to do my tattoo and Eagle was incredibly professional, and also very flexible and accommodating when I had to reschedule multiple times. I was floored by Eagle's ability to design something so quickly that even exceeded my initial expectations and hopes for how the tattoo would look.The studio itself is extremely clean and hygienic, far more so than where I got my first tattoo. The after care instructions and taping were super high quality. Also the vibe of the studio was quite cool with modern hip furnishings and chill music. I felt like I was in LA. They also have plenty of comfy waiting area chairs if you are planning to bring a friend along.Overall I would highly recommend Fine Lines!

5/5 for artist Roza alone! Great spot for first timers. Breaks the mould of the traditional grungy, dark tattoo studio, which may seem a little sterile at first, but it’s very comfortable. Overall, a very well oiled tattoo machine of a business and some very talented artists. Reasonable prices. Plenty of parking nearby.

This was my third visit to the studio so far, and I couldn’t be happier with the tattoos & service. Zoe, June and Renee are all extremely talented and professional artists that make any reference image and design come to life. Plus, the studio itself is very clean and inviting.

First time visiting fine line tattoos today and it was a great experience. I had unfortunately had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to an injury but it was no issue to them because I kept then informed and gave them notice. My tattoo was done by Michael and he did an amazing job at understanding what I wanted and executed a super crisp tattoo full of nightmare straight lines. He wasn't heavy handed and I felt at times like I could have actually gone to sleep. I would definitely recommend Michael and fine line tattoos. The premises itself is really clean and the staff inviting. Do it, go book something in!

Renee was incredibly helpful with design, placing and sizing of our tattoos. Wonderful to deal with, super friendly and her work is exquisite. Highly recommended.

Communication was prompt when I reached out to them via email. On the day, the whole process/steps were well explained. Eagle does beautiful straight fine lines. Very happy with my tattoo. My only irk and hence the 4 stars not 5 is that they should state ‘Cash ONLY’ NOT ‘Cash preferred’. Cash preferred implies they will still accept card, but this was not the case. I was not comfortable carrying a big amount of cash, so was hoping to pay by card, but was unable to. I then had to go to an ATM at the Queen Vic Market to withdraw cash.There are restrooms onsite & I love that there is a lift for those with limited mobility or who come in with prams.
