Needed an unusually shaped bolt to fix my toilet seat hinge. They didn't have the part (I don't think you can get it anywhere) but the staff bloke took the time to figure out a cheap alternative solution that worked out just as well if not better. Very impressed with the customer service.

The order of two hand basins, was promplty processed and direct delivery was organised from manufacturer. There were a few hiccups at the manufacturer end, but the professional way in which it was followed up and handled by 7 Days Plumbing was very commendable.I want to thank Jacky in particular, for the exceptional service that she provided me throughout my interaction with this purchase, the unfortunate neccessity to return the product and the prompt refund.It is unfortunately not very often these days to interact with someone who is as obliging and committed to helping a customer. We have recently completed a full bathroom renovation. 7 Days supplied all the taps, shower fittings, basin bench top and bowl and a Toto toilet/bidet combination. Jacky was very helpful, knowledgeable and always available to answer our queries. I have been buying plumbing items from 7 Days since they were established in 1993. Highly recommend.
