Very disappointed with my service tonight at this pharmacy. I have had my family prescriptions here for many years, however after tonight I will be collecting them and moving on.I desperately needed a ventolin spray and along with other customers waited while staff chatted in the side room. It was so disappointing.

My mum passed away recently and the service that she was given by staff whilst she was ill was amazing. Tara explained everything in regards to medication to my mum - who needed a lot of reassuring at times. A sympathy card was even sent to my Dad - it was greatly appreciated. We will not forget the compassion and interest shown by all the staff to my Mum and Family.It is also nice when staff call you by your name. It is important to feel valued and listened too.

Nice handy little chemist. Great hours of business . BUT the young girls serving at the counter have no customer service AT ALL . No greeting . No conversation at all and even put my change on the counter. Couldn't even put my medicine in a bag .they were too busy talking about there weekend .sorry to say but U have lost yourself a customer

Called up to see if I could get some medicine delivered as I was super unwell and couldn’t drive. The lady on the phone was so helpful and my stuff arrived within 2 hours! So grateful!

Prices are fair. Unfortunately this is where the good stuff ends.Half the staff are friendly and the other half are rude and arrogant. I understand retail is draining. But it's usually the same staff members I consistently see in a foul mood.There is usually plenty of staff on, however work still seems to progress horribly slow.The final nail in the coffin, is witnessing a pharmacy assistant prepare a webster pak (pre-prepared daily medication usually for the elderly to help them manage all their tablets) without wearing gloves. You'd think during the covid period hygiene would be paramount. But no, Missy with her fake nails was sorting unpackaged tablets bare handed. Moments earlier she was typing a script up on a keyboard which I'm going to assume isn't cleaned on the regular. And no, she didn't wash her hands prior to handling the medication, or if she did it 100% wasn't to the industry requirement of 20-30 seconds of thorough scrubbing. Im appalled...

Poor service, never coming back & will recommend everyone I know not to frequent your establishment.Was offered a Tele-health call from my busy ENT & was emailed a script for a course of anti-biotic ear drops. Was refused service as the email was not sent to them direct. Apparently there is a blackmarket for these ear drops & I cannot be trusted as I can visit several chemists & purchase the same $30 anti-biotic over & over again.For heavens sake I’m not purchasing Endone or Codiene, they’re ear drops!!!

After going to this chemist for the past 24 years it's sad to see such a welcoming, happy to helpful chemist turn into an absolute disaster.Four times I have been given medication that belongs to someone else along with their prescription. I've had medication dispensed with incorrect warning stickers on them, this isn't just for myself but my husband as well as my mother who is currently living with us. The new staff are terribly rude with zero personality.I again received the wrong medication on Sunday thankfully the staff member picked it up brought it to the attention of the pharmacist who treated her like total rubbish (now I know why all the regular girls who were just amazing have left) he then dispensed the medication again, only for the staff member to advise that it was wrong again, she genuinely was worried to bring it to his attention again. He then requested that I go and see him where he proceeded to fumble around for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out what medication belonged to who. After 3 goes I ended up requesting to take all my prescriptions on file, even this appeared to be above his knowledge.Tara, one of the pharmacists that used to serve me was possibly one of the loveliest ladies as too were all the previous young ladies that were there to help you immediately.The lady on the register, sorry I have forgotten your name, my recommendation to you is to take your wonderful personality and customer service skills to another pharmacy where it will be appreciated you do not deserve to be treated like that especially when it was the pharmacist that was making all the errors.Ramez you say your always there, well I beg to differ as the Ramez that was constantly in store would in no way allow for this to happen.
