This Company must have a very strange policy if one of their drivers takes evasive action to avoid hitting a car that clearly pulls in front of him at a traffic light they terminate his employment . I know this driver personally and he chose to avoid an accident instead of possibly Killing the stupid Car driver apparently the Head office thinks he should have taken the chance of Killing the Car Driver ( I hope this isn't a company policy ) BTW if you had any decency you would have looked at his driving record of over 30 years and noticed he has never been involved in a serious accident ever, but apparently that means nothing to some idiots in head office. If i drove for your company i would be looking to get out asap as you obviously don't care less about your workers
