Really rude and unfriendly member of staff . Flat out refused to change my nail colour when I said I didn’t like it . Nail technician was extremely rough☹️# bleeding cuticles

It was clean, friendly, and the nails were trimmed beautifully. I like it so much that I am 100% satisfied. I will not go anywhere else anymore and have decided to make this my regular.

The lady that did my pedicure was amazing, however the guy that did my nails was not at all listening to how I wanted them and seemed rushed to move on to another customer, I was not happy with the shape which I said to him and that I would still pay, he replied well come sit down and we will take it off and obviously leave it off. I found his comment to be very rude and I was definitely not happy with the attitude.

I had SNS done and the left hand is fine but the lengths are all uneven on the right. It looks and feels strange. I mentioned it before leaving and they dismissed it, then I messaged about it and they didn't reply.

I had Kevin today! He took time to make sure my nails were perfect and he was lovely. 110% recommend visiting, you won’t be disappointed. On top of all this the customer service was top notch!

I regularly go to nail art bicton for my manicure and pedicure the environment is always relaxed and welcoming and the staff are very friendly while delivering great service to each customer. I did not find a better place than Nail Art in. Thank you Hannah and Kevin and all the staff members!
