Took my Cartier to John and had a couple of questions about the state of the movement. He was very helpful, personable, and shared some greatknowledge with me. I couldn’t recommend him enough, an honest watchmaker!

I highly recommend John @ ASWS for watch case refurbishment as his level of detail is impeccable. I sent him a relatively well used Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra that I had recently purchased and he essentially turned it into a new watch again! He removed scratches and marks on both polished and brushed areas. Getting this and a battery change would have cost $680 at Omega Australia and John did it at a much, much lower price and in less than a week vs several weeks. Will definitely be returning.

Very professional personal service from John, took good care to understand what needed to be done, carried out all required work, battery and waterproof testing. My watch is now working perfectly. Based on excellent reviews here on Google, I trusted John to a very tired, 23 year-old Omega Seamaster. Running fast, faded bezel, just a watch showing its age. After a full teardown, clean and rebuild, along with some new parts from Omega, and a general clean, the watch is running at COSC specification again and, honestly, looks like it did in an Omega showroom in 1999. Amazing work and a very honest and open guy. I can't recommend John enough. Pay him a visit and thank me later.
