Creative Body Flow

Classes are a really fun way to exercise and stay without feeling like you’re being forced into it or getting bored! Honestly just really fun and accessible and Renae is a great instructor.

What an amazing gift to be gently guided by the extremly knowledgeable Renee at Creative Body Flow. Her unique blend of healing and strengthening modalities has been the perfect balance of nervous system relaxation and challenging my body to expand its range of movement. I have trained 1:1, in small groups sessions and in the larger class space. Each was a beautiful and individually supportive experience within a calming environment. The little sun hut is the best way to start the day with morning mountain views peaking through the clouds and the sound of the birds and waterfall near by. I was looking for a form of exercise that was going to get me out of my head, into a calm state of mind while also challenging myself and having fun...I believe I have found it! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you Renee♡
