I had the girls from Allure do my bridal hair and make up for myself and my bridesmaids. Mel came up with some amazing on the spot hairstyles for my bridesmaids and my hair was perfect, it lasted all through the night and the braids even looked great the next morning! Lisa's make up was stunning and also lasted all night, as messy as I got my hair and make up survived till the end. I highly recommend these ladies they were loads of fun and helped make the whole pre wedding experience more relaxed. They were punctual and got everything done in plenty of time :)I also would like to recommend the salon as I went in for my trial which included a dye and cut and found the atmosphere to be happy and friendly and relaxed all the staff treat each other and customers with respect and patience. Kudos to Angie for managing such an amazing place.

Caer did a blow dry and style for me for a wedding. I have very thin hair and she gave me the most beautiful style with heaps of volume. Girls were lovely and great customer service. Would recommend 100%

Amazingly talented hair stylists. Love the massage chair and scalp massage & feeling spoiled and well looked after in luxe surroundings. The salon is so beautiful & comfortable. They Always make you feel like it’s a treat to go there. Lolly buffet, glasses of wine coffee or tea! All the stylists are great but Caitlyn is especially technically brilliant, I always walk out of the salon looking and feeling beautiful. I have thick hair that’s difficult to style and get blonde foils & base colour plus cut. They tame my wild locks to make me look sleek every time. $$$ very reasonable considering the care & attention you receive compared to Sydney salons. They offer not just technical professional Haircare but 100%, great customer service. They care about your hair!

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Was charged over $420.They chemically burned my daughter’s head, refused to take any responsibility, were absolutely awful to deal with, and took zero responsibility for my daughter’s injury.Absolutely horrible experience. So shocking and disappointing.

I found this fabulous salon via an online recommendation when I was looking for a hair colourist in the Blue Mountains. I couldn’t be happier. The salon has a great atmosphere, exudes professional service from the entire team and has a fabulous massage chair as an extra treat. But the best part is the hair colouring skill and talent of Caitlin. That original online review was correct - she is the best colourist in the Blue Mountains. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Hayley was truly exceptional in squeezing me in for a much-needed wash and blow dry, and was so kind in helping me through a difficult time. I walked out feeling like a new woman. Thank you for providing such an amazing and caring service when I needed it the most!
