I could not thank 'Courtney and the entire team of wonderful people at Ross Funerals. They were professional yet everyone had a genuine understanding and empathy of loss. Every step of our process was handled with expertise and sincere care of every need I had in organising a most difficult event. The service received was far beyond the 5 stars given and the stars in their hearts towards me during the entire process was something that made a sad and heartbreaking period more manageable and logistically stress-free. Thanks again to the great people at Ross Funerals.

Absolutely horrible experience! Almost two months to get the death certificate that should only have taken a week to two and was a part of the service paid for! Caused a huge amount of distress as couldn't finalise bank details so couldn't access money for weekly costs - like groceries- as everything was in the deceased name! Appeared to lie about date of cremation as when went to collect ashes said we couldn't because they were too hot" yet cremation was supposed to have happened a week ago! So distressing that it took over two months to finalise everything so just dragged out the immediate grief period!"

I cannot express fully my disgust with this company. They have been deceitful and incompetent throughout this whole episode. Firstly the body was not collected from the hospital for a week; cremation was not done again for over a week; ashes were unable to be collected for some time after the cremation because it wasn't done when it was advised it would be done; and the most distressing thing of all the death certificate was not available until 6.5 weeks after death. This caused untold stress and misery for the widow - they are supposed to issue 5 - 10 working following lodgement of the cremation certificate! Banking and legals were unable to be finalized along with a myriad of other details like phones, insurances, registration, Bills etc. This occurred over New Years but that is no excuse for this disgusting lack of compassion and duty to the bereaved.

Absolutely disgusting. I will definitely not be using this service when it's my time. Your last wishes do not matter apparently!!
