I had many challenges with the settlement due to the bank's inability to deliver in time and they were very proactive in providing solutions and even reached out to the vendor to explore all the available options while i was still stressing out about the deadline. My case was handled by different team members and not once I had to re-explain myself as they seemed to communicate really well amongst themselves which showed what a great team they are. Few days after the settlement they also reached out to me for an incorrect charge and requested my bank account to transfer a refund of the excess charge which goes to show how honest and ethical they are.Every Section 32 review i sent to them got a thorough review and they immediately pointed out the flaws and concerns so that I'm aware. They even suggested the questions i should be asking of the building inspector.
