A fridge magnet was dropped in our letterbox at one time. As it was an Edmonton company, we wanted to try it when the need arose. We had a leak in the water mains and called. We got prompt service (an hour), quick resolution of the problem, including photo’s of progressive repair. The person was very friendly, helpful and obvious very able for the job. So when our toilet was leaking we tried again and again had prompt, friendly and reliably repair by the same person. Price did compare very favourably to previous plumber repairs by other companies. We do not remember the name of the person that attended, but you would be able to trace him (let us know pls) So: when we have the need for a plumber again, you are on, because we can’t find anything to criticise!

Very Bad Experience in the TORRES STRAIT ISLAND. MURRAY ISLAND in particular. Request for a hotwater heater to be installed last year. Still waiting. This business is getting paid lots of money to work on remote areas and can't deliver a service. Maybe Time for a new Plumbing company to service MURRAY ISLAND.
