Great customer service, great products and overall just excellent!! Kristy was super helpful and did an amazing job at helping us select everything we wanted for our home gym. And the best bit... unlike other places things were actually in stock and so only a couple of days and one big delivery later our gym was set up perfectly!

FANTASTIC service from Ryan at Orbit Fitness Mandurah! We went there on the weekend and bought an elliptical and spin bike. His product knowledge was amazing and customer service outstanding. He really went out of his way to help us. We will definitely be going back there for our next purchase!

Fantastic service from Kristy and Ryan at Orbit Fitness Equipment in Mandurah, as well as Tim, Orbit's Operations Manager. I met Tim at the Rockingham store and he asked Ryan in Mandurah to look after me when I dropped in there. Although I was dealing with Tim, Ryan treated me like I was his own customer. He is knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the product he showed me, which was even better than what I originally went in to look at. Ryan got me just as excited as he was about the machine and Tim fielded a bunch of questions I had about it after. I've since purchased it, which I'm extremely happy about, thanks to the two of them. Afterwards, Kristy helped me again with great service getting some rubber floor matting for my new gear! I definitely recommend this store!

I spoke with Tim from the head office regarding my Treadmill that was no longer working, after finding out the treadmill was 10+ years old and they don't make the parts anymore to fix it. We ended up trading up to the Summit Spin Bike. There was a bit of back and forth as I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted but Tim was very helpful and his replies were very prompt. I went to the Mandurah store to trade in our Treadmill and Pick up the bike and the lady we spoke to at the store was very friendly and helpful as well. All round a great experience!
